I made five black diamond heart rings in total; this is the fourth largest, weighing in at 1.1 cts. The heart is a natural/untreated rose cut black diamond (salt and pepper) bezel-set in 14k yellow gold. Heart measures apprx. 7.68mm x 8.35mm. Ring size 6.
